another example of these fcukng japs favoring their fighter
    makes me sick

  2. newman Said,

you should watch it again. tony did a good job but gomi won the first three rounds fair enough.

  3. Robert Said,

I’m definitely disappointed in Gomi’s performance but based on rounds Gomi won the first 3 rounds lost the 4th and the 5th looked like a draw.

Should he have lost in the 4th when he was getting pounded out of the ring? Well…I’ve seen a fight where Gomi did the same to another fighter and they stopped it resulting in a win for Gomi so I don’t know… After pulling Gomi away from the ropes he did defend effectively and scramble.

That was just class. Even the best fighters just keep getting better. Hey guess what? i watched that with the sound down, i just look at the space in between the fighters and rarely anywhere else. Then your eye has only half the distance to cover, to make it to the point of impact each time. It’s far too much for the eyes to do other wise. Like if you want to see something in the dark, that’s in the distance and you can’t quite see it, then you just look to the side of it slightly to the side of it in any direction.

@Steve ‘Mike ‘The Count’ Bisping’ Allen – dude wtf are you talkin about?

  6. Thatmizfit Said,

Japs favor other Japs? Did you not see Gomi beat his ass all over the ring in the 3rd in a round that in America would’ve been stopped? That’s how Gomi ended up gassing himself. He turned it on for the finish and the ref never called for it. It’s not Japanese favoring other Japenese, it’s the fact that MMA is more accepted in Japan so the ref doesn’t have to hop in and stop it in fear of some kids mom complaining and trying to make MMA seem inhumane. Props to Toni for making it a fight, but there was no controversy here. That sudden break may be questionable as I didn’t see what happened, but they were both given time to rest.
