  1. Josh Barnett Said,

BJ better be serious this time. Mix it up a little, take frankie down and use your BJJ skills

  2. MAUI WOWI Said,

BJ GOT ROB THE FIRST TIME JUST CAUSE YOU MOVE AROUND A LOT IN A FIGHT DOESNT MEAN YOUR WINNING BJ LAND BETTER SHOTS AND DID MORE DAMAGE THIS TIME I THINK HES COMING WITH A VENGENCE

  3. Big_Jonny_D Said,

There has been some extremely weak videos in the resent past. Watching a whinny bitch on a rowing machine for 2 minutes is pretty weak. BJ must have given Dana a BJ to get this rematch.

  4. FORMESTANE Said,

    THAT WAS H.I.I.T,ITS BRUTAL!

  5. aftermathematic Said,

What the fuck is this? Why bother posting this crap.

  6. Death March Said,

I can tell from that workout that he is going to be in the best shape of his life and dominate. That rowing machine work out looks BRUTAL!!! I'm sure no other MMA trains on the rowing machine with that intesity. My money's on BJ PENN.

    <sarcasm>

  7. Death March Said,

    meant to say MMA fighter.

  8. FORMESTANE Said,

this is a conditioning video, you can learn how the pros train ,this is not crap, this is High-intensity interval training in a rowing machine, some people may think its boring to watch conditioning videos, but "crap"…try this at home and then you tell

  9. Joe Shmoe Said,

We ask you that same thing, yet you still post crap ALL THE FUCKEN TIME

  10. aftermathematic Said,

I don't think BJ's training is crap, I think the video is crap. I know the training is intense, but I don't need to watch a 2 min. video of somebody else rowing. It's boring to watch. If they showed clips of what different exercises he does for the whole workout, with a narration of how long to do them, that would be more informative and entertaining.

  11. aftermathematic Said,

What's this 'we' business you always post. You got a mouse in your pocket? My posts have to do with MMA unless I'm replying to YOUR crap, yet you still reply (not comment) thinking your hot shit or something.

  12. Joe Shmoe Said,

Ditto.. those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones

  13. aftermathematic Said,

Your metaphor means I shouldn't do something if I can't handle that same thing. What's your point? When was the last time you posted anything about MMA?

  14. FORMESTANE Said,

if you see one minute you do not know what happens in the next minute,so i think its ok to watch 2 minutes.if you look in detail can see the change in the pattern of breathing, the position of the shoulders as fatigue increases, the depth of rowing, etc.

  15. kobracom Said,

Yeah sure there pal. HE LOST FAIR AND SQUARE. Not only that, but he does NOT deserve another title shot right away. He should have to work his way back to contention. Dana is a douche for allowing that fight so soon. Not to mention showing HUGE disrespect to the entire lightweight div and especially Edgar. We get it, Betty is Hawaiian, as are you, so please for all the rest of us, take your head from his a$$ and give Edgar the respect HE DESERVES. Also GET A CLUE!!!!

  16. kobracom Said,

I forgot, this is the SECOND time Dana has let Betty has jumped an entire div of fighters to get a title fight. I am sure there's a lot of fighters who can't stand BJ because of it. Edgar is a better champion for the sport.

  17. shogun rua Said,

@deathmarch thinking the exact same thing

  18. The_Guy Said,

Edgar won a decisive victory, of that there was no argument. Giving them a rematch is about as ridiculous as giving someone with a 2-1 record a heavyweight title shot. Oh, wait….

Money is currently the only motivating factor in these fight cards. Do you really think that if Lesnar loses his belt to Valazquez that he'll have to start from the bottom? No, he'll get an immediate rematch, and if he loses THAT one, his next fight would be the #1 contender (this isn't Brock-hating, FYI. Just using it as an example). So while BJ gets another chance to keep his belt that he's lazily held on to all these years, guys like Jon Fitch are claiming their 13th UFC win with only one title shot to show for it.

I appreciate what Dana White has done for this sport financially, but I'd appreciate it even more if fighters would get the fights they deserve. Be it the young, rising star who's worked his way to the top from the very bottom of the pile, or the dethroned champion that has to fight a few contenders before getting his belt back.
