Michael Bisping is at the end of a hard days training for his UFC 110 fight with Wanderlei Silva. His team mate Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson was on hand to give a few pointers – and who knows Wanderlei better than Rampage.

February 9th, 2010 at 4:04 amI'm kinda with you on your prediction, with the exceptions of the word "outclass", Bisping will do is usually hit and run strategy which can earn him a decision, but Wandy can win it with a ko in any of the 3 rounds.
