HOPE BUENTELO BEATS THE FUCKING SHIT OUT OF SYLVIA
Buentello has been fighting tougher competition recently and Sylvia has been looking more and more out of shape since he left the UFC. Of course we're gonna see a stand up battle because that's both their strengths and styles. If nobody gets KO'ed by the end of the 2nd, expect a very slow and shitty 3rd round because these guys have low gas tanks. Kind of a crappy promo for a PPV. They said Pulver and Lambert were on the card, but fighting who, and who else? Definitely wouldn't pay more than $20 for this, and that's still pushing it.
Buentello just lost to Chet Kongo, he tapped out to elbows to the thigh. The guy is a good boxer but if Chet Kongo beats you on the ground you are one dimensional. Would be interesting but its not a head line match that grabs me to shell out PPV dollars unless it was very low cost.
They also said Jens Pulver is fighting. Love Little Evil and he is a hell of a fighter but he has lost something like the last 6 in a row and keeps saying he is retiring. Bret Farve syndrome, you know you should retire but can't give it up. Watching and rooting for Jens, even at this stage is more of a draw than the main event.
i know these two fat fucks are a long way from being great fighters. they'll be tucking into a kfc and a big mac between rounds for extra energy to get they're bellies off the stool. round 3 will be like a gay sumo hug match
Just speaking hypothetically. A lot of people don't watch this site or know of it. I occasionally (not even a third of the time) throw in with buddies to watch PPV UFC. I'm just saying, this card looks like crap for PPV, and I can't see them getting many buys, unless it's crazy cheap.
